Terms and conditions when booking a service at

TRAIN AND GAIN SWEDEN

whether it’s a personal training session, massage therapy, or any other service.

Appointment Booking:

The process for scheduling an appointment, including methods of contact should be by (phone, email, contact form) or any requirements for advance notice.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

The cancellation should be at least 12 hours before the appointment.

We will charge with 90% fees as a penalty with in last-minute changes.

Payment and Fees:

We accept different forms of payment such as cash, Izettle, EPASSI and invoice payment.

Refunds and Exchanges:

The provider’s policy regarding refunds or exchanges, such as circumstances under which refunds may be issued should be 24 hours after the purchasing in this case PT packages however this does not apply to the therapies services.

Privacy and Confidentiality:

Professional secrecy as well as an assurance that the client’s personal information and health-related details will be treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Code of Conduct:

Expectations for client behavior during the service, including respecting the provider’s boundaries, adhering to any specific instructions or guidelines, and maintaining appropriate and respectful communication the whole time.

Agreement Acceptance:

A statement indicating that the client has read and understood the conditions and terms and agrees to abide by them.

It’s important to carefully review and understand the conditions and terms provided by the service provider before booking. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to ask the provider for clarification. Clear communication and understanding of the conditions will help ensure a positive and satisfactory experience for both parties involved.

• Avbokning kan ske 24 timmar innan bekräfftad bokning
• Bokningen gäller också som ett avtal.
• Icke bekräftat eller uteblivna besök debiteras med 90% av priset gäller även kupong/deal.
• I alla priser ingår moms enligt avtal. (Gäller Massage)
• Du har fyllt 18 år. Barn under 18 år måste ha målsmans tillstånd.
• Hygien rekommenderas för alla trivsel, vi ber därför ta med egen handduk eller har duschat innan behandling.
• Journal och hälsodeklaration samt giltigt legitimation är ett MÅSTE för att försäkring ska gälla.
• Du har rätt att få en kopia på din journal efter begäran.
• Vi har Tysnadsplikt.
• Klippkort gäller ett år från första behandling.
• Innehållet på eventuella hälsotest, Diet, kost, träningsschema och klippkort får inte modifieras, kopieras, uppföras, publiceras eller överföras till någon annan eller användas för något kommersiellt ändamål.
• Ångerrätt gäller inom 24 timmar från första konsultation/möte.
• Det är viktigt att du bifogar en kopia på din faktura eller ett brev där ditt namn, din adress och ditt kundnummer står så att vi vet vem det gäller. Om du redan har betalt gör vi en återbetalning på 80% av totala beloppet. Maila i sådana fall ditt fakturanummer, din bank och ditt kontonummer till info@trainandgain.se.
